Project LightShow

With the increase and demand for AI innovation within TR products, there has been an extra push to either shift roadmaps or create space for AI sprints quickly within the Design Pods. A small team of cross-pod designers, along with subject matter experts from the business, engineering, accessibility, research, content, Labs, and Global Platform Strategy was assembled to complete Project Lightshow, an AI visioning & design thinking workshop.

The goal was to create a prototype vision that could speak broadly to a future of AI-enabled TR products and further increase the value of our content, the deepest bench of cross-disciplinary knowledge in legal, tax and accounting.

We would come away with a number of prototypes with which to carry forward into research and product strategy discussions.
What started as a one-week sprint cascaded into a total of five weeks and served as the foundation on which Thomson Reuters continues its AI program.
