
Design Dash Framework
Our Goal was to provide all members of the Design Organization the opportunity to participate in Design Org-led creative problem solving, which will allow for personal growth and development while solving for customer pain points and positively impacting our business. This was a request based on the success of Project Lightshow.
For the inaugural Design Dash, we concentrated on thematically aligning our efforts around shared customer needs that impact various, and often overlapping, customer segments.
The objective for these ten days is for our cross-functional team to explore and adopt new perspectives in addressing common customer challenges, accelerate roadmap items, and to devise solutions that have a broad, positive impact.
My part in Design Dash was to create a 10 day framework built loosely off the Google Design Sprint Methodology AND act as a subject matter expert and coach over 2 separate teams.

Team: Selling Solutions
Restructure the current digital sales experiences to support the sale of bundled solutions, making it seamless for customers to learn about, evaluate, and purchase product packages without the need to interact with a sales representative.

Team: Voice UI
Use VUI to enable customers to manage their product subscriptions more efficiently for making payments and resolving account issues.
